During my tenure at University of Arts and Sciences of Oklahoma, I was one of the founders of the Women's Studies Program. At USAO I taught classes in Marriage and Family, Home Management, Foods and Nutrition classes. A life goal is to visit, live and experience every part of the world. I love the diversity of the world and the people that I meet. I have been able to see quite a bit of the world as a traveling professor with OU's Continuing Education- Advanced Programs classes in Human Relations. I was also part of the staff of an archeology dig in Syria along with faculty and students from the University of Chicago and University of Melbourne. I am married to Dr. Dan Snell.
