Ph.D. (Auburn), John and Mary Nichols Faculty Fellow. Professor Buckley's teaching interests are in the human resource management area. His research interests include decision making in the selection interview, feedback processes in organizations, performance appraisal, and issues surrounding unethical behavior by students.

Professor Buckley has published over 60 refereed journal articles in publications as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Professes, Journal of Education for Business, Personnel Administrator, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, International Journal of Management, Academy of Management Review and Journal of Management.
