Hello everyone. My name is Nicole. I am a sophomore currently
majoring
in sociology/criminology. I graduated from high school back in 2004,
majored in music at OU playing trombone for about a semester and then
dropped out to go work at an animal sanctuary.
I work at the OU Health Sciences Center in the OB/GYN Research
department. Its very difficult and there never seems to be enough hours
in the day but I enjoy it. Last semester I worked full time and took 11
hours online. Bad idea. I am never doing that again. This semester I am
only taking 8 hours online but I know its still going to be tough.
I got married last December 1st. No kids yet but someday maybe. My
mother-in-law has already started dropping hints. My husband works two
jobs during the week and then has weekends off so our weeks are pretty
boring and then our weekends are our chill-out time. When we do go out,
we like to go to Opies or Coaches to play pool or we just rent movies
and hang around the house. We recently moved into a new place that is
quite a bit bigger than our old apartment so my main hobby lately is
decorating. I recently bought a piano that I don't play very often
because I haven't gotten it tuned and it sounds horrible. I love to
sing and I also love to read. I pride myself on being very open,
honest, and non-judgemental.
That is the extent of my life at the moment. It might seem pretty
boring but it's working for me so far. One of my favorite websites is People magazine. I don't like
to buy the actual magazine, so I just keep current with the celebrities
on the website.
