I am a historian of the later Roman Empire with research and teaching interests in Roman religions, epigraphy, and archaeology.  My current research focuses the relationship between Greek and Roman religions, early Christianity, and Judaism in late antiquity. I am presently completing a book-length study of angel veneration in Roman religion and early Christianity.
