Representation, Public Management, and
Minority Politics and Policy.Her publications include the chapter “Calming the Storms: Collaborative Public Management, Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and Disaster Response,” with co-authors Laurence J. O’Toole, Kenneth J. Meier and Scott Robinson, in the forthcoming book The Collaborative Manager, edited by Rosemary O’Leary, to be published by Georgetown University Press.
