Permission to access Golden Algae data, granted without fee, is subject to the following conditions:

1. The first-time data user must complete a Golden Algae Data Request Form before data access is granted.
2. Subsequent visits as a Member require the completion of the Member Log In (see below) before further data access is granted.
3. The data user recognizes that, unless otherwise specified, the data contained herein are the property of K. David Hambright, and that K. David Hambright reserves the sole right to publish or otherwise disseminate these data.
4. The user agrees that these data are solely for informational purposes and the user will not publish or otherwise disseminate these data or their analyses without specific written permission from K. David Hambright.
