Course Description:

Prerequisite: 3013 and 3113

The buying-using process is examined. The external environment, individual determinants, and decision processes are studied in the context of forming marketing strategy and tactics. Topics include information processing, social and economic influences, attitude formation and change, image creation and positioning, behavioral research, and low and high involvement behavior.
