CEES 5793 Design of Prestressed Concrete Structures & Laboratory  (Fall 2008)

1)      A useful course.

2)      He is a great teacher and the tests are fair. I really enjoyed going to his class and wish I had more classes with him. Thanks Dr. Kang.

4)      The handouts helped more than the textbook.

5)      Awesome.

6)      Lab comments: I think this is a great experience unlike anything that I’ve experienced in any other class. Most classes stop at the boundary between academia and the professional world; it’s good to have this kind of exposure.

7)      Lab comments: This group project enabled me to become a better team player and learn how to work well in correspondence with others.

8)      Lab comments: I feel like I learned a lot more from this project than what I initially thought possibly. This was an experience that I had not had yet in my time in college.

CEES 5783 Concrete Design – II  (Fall 2008)

1)      The handouts were very helpful, the examples really helped me get through my homework and understand it better.

2)      It would be nice to use another software program to help with concrete design.

3)      It would be helpful to have all homeworks graded so we are not mislead in the wrong direction in case we make a mistake.  Overall great course, thanks.
