Course Description:
-
Analytical study of exemplary motion pictures from the Hispanic world.
We will view and discuss Spanish, Mexican, Brazilian, Argentine, Colombian,
Venezuelan, Cuban, Chilean, and Uruguayan films mostly from the last 15
years.
Grading Practices:
-
Attendance, class participation, and 4 brief essays (one per evaluation
period) on the films to be viewed in class. Other options may be
discussed with the instructor.
