   1976-1977 for selected countries in America, Western Europe, and the Middle East:

        -2.0, +4.5, 0.0, -0.2, -6.5, -7.6, +7.7, +4.5
   (a) Construct a box-plot for the data.
   (b) Provide a paragraph describing the information on the box-plot.
