Dr. Brigitte Steinheider (Director and Associate Professor, Organizational Dynamics
Program at the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa Graduate College), received her MS
in Psychology in 1990 from the Heinrich-Heine-University in Duesseldorf, her MBA
in 1992 from the University of Applied Sciences in Duesseldorf, and her Ph.D. from the
Technical University Dresden, Germany in 1996. Her research focuses on
interdisciplinary collaborations and knowledge sharing processes in
organizations and research institutions. She has worked with clients such
as DaimlerChrysler, Volkswagen AG, and Robert Bosch GmbH
