My daughter is a
member of Sooner Pony Club –
Pony Club isn’t just for “ponies” but is an international organization devote
to teaching (English) riding and horsemanship to children and youth to age
25. “Pony” refers to any mount suitable
for a young rider. Pony Clubbers ride “ponies”
that range in size from small (12 hand) ponies to large (16+ hand) horses.
