David designed the Digital Media
course in 2001. This project-based course has become a big hit with
business students wanting real world digital media skills.
In 2006, David
introduced the new Intro to Marketing
course for non-business majors. This fun and engaging course makes extensive use
of videos to explore real-world business marketing trends, principles,
terminologies and current issues.
In 2007, David introduced the new
Workplace Skills course which helps students
learn hands-on skills such as conducting meetings, working in teams,
establishing rapport with co-workers, resolving workplace conflict, listening
actively and responsively, providing feedback, handling criticism and
compliments, networking, delivering presentations, and understanding
cross-cultural dynamics.
David coordinates
the annual
Bruzzy Westheimer Presentation Competition in which Price College
students are invited to deliver team presentations before a panel of judges from
the business community. Students are scored on their presentation delivery
skills. Cash prizes are awarded to all teams that enter, and the first place
team takes home $4,200.00.

Before joining Oklahoma University's Price College of
Business, David was the multimedia training producer for
the university's Southwest Center for Drug-Free Schools.
